Hi guys! Well, spring is officially here, but here in Arkansas there is a freeze warning for tonight. Maybe the warm weather will be here to stay soon! I just wanted to show you a few things I've done to spring up the kitchen. You might recognize the rabbit arrangement from my header.
Remember this rooster arrangement I spruced up for fall? Well, I used the same flowers, just changed the container and added the rabbits from pier 1.
BAM! It's spring!
I got this "Spring" sign at Hobby Lobby half off. It can go outside, but I like it in the kitchen.
These tulips were so pretty and they lasted for quite a while. I recently changed the fabric on these chairs. I liked the fabric fine, but a few of the chairs were stained and I layed a glue gun on one of them. Ooops! I guess the fabric was discontinued because I couldn't find it anywhere.

I changed it to this red and gold striped fabric. It was easy, just stapled it on!

Love all your litte ideas. Mishelle
Morning, Kristen! Oh, I love all of your springness! That centerpiece with the exchange of the roosters to the bunnies is just gorgeous! You did a great job on your chairs.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
You do such beautiful arrangements Kristen. Love everything.
We don't have a Hobby Lobby yet but the Big Lot near us went out of business and I heard it is being remade into a Hobby Lobby. It looks like it is about to open. I can't wait!
cute ideas. we made it thru our weekend without snow...YIPEEEE!
Hobby Lobby Rocks, we have several but none of them are real close. I love going thru that store when I get near one though.
Hi Kristen,
Your Spring Looks beautiful and I can't wait to see the patio! Now, I have to make a trip back to pier 1 to purchase a bunny..like yours...I love them! I just went and got some of the bunnies on a stick. Hope you have a great day! Nancy
Everything really looks great! Can't wait to see the porch. It's cold and rainy here today, I'm looking forward to our "real" spring when it comes. We don't have a Hobby Lobby here but I wish we did. I always see a ton of people mention it!
~Michelle
Yes, please feel sorry for me, VERY sorry for me.........I don't have a Hobby Lobby......sniff, sniff. I may just have to plan a roadtrip with my girlfriends. Love your pretties for Spring Kristen! ~Kim~
Everything is so pretty as usual. We don't have a Hobby Lobby here, but there is one about an hour away. I'm definitely going SOON!
Kristen, I always anticipate your posts and what you're using to decorate your lovely home! Your floral arrangement looks as wonderful with the bunnies as it does with the roosters. I've been looking for something similar to the 'vine' you've used, but haven't had any luck. It's very unusual from what I've seen in the stores.
Thanks for sharing the great photos!
Kristen,
I love all your spring goodies!!! You do such a beautiful job with all your flower arrangements. The one with the bunnies is one of my favorites.
The little red birdhouse is perfection!!! I am running to my Hobby Lobby today to see if they have anymore!!!
I love the fabric on your chairs...you can't co wrong with red!!!
I hope you are having a great day!!!
XOXO

Hello Kristen,
You have such pretty Spring decor' items.
I did see the bunnies at Pier1 last week. They are so neat. I may have to go back again soon.
Love the new Red chair covers. It looks gorgeous!
Cute birdhouse too.
Have a wonderful week.
~Melissa :)
Everything looks beautiful in your home (it always does):)! I am ready for spring's warm weather to be here. Kinda unusual for us Arkansas girls to have cold weather this late and I am itching to get out and plant.
Hi Kristen...I love the bunnies in your planter, but then I also love the roosters...makes it very versatile. Your "oops" on the chair seat turned out great with the new fabric...looks good! ;-) Bo
All your decorations are cute as can be. What a good idea to just switch out the fall things to bunnies. Your new chairs look great. I've done that several times myself. (changing the fabric)
Hobby Lobby is a neat store. Glad we have one.
Hi Kristen!
I love the way you reused your flowers and changed a couple accents to add spring to your kitchen. I too love to recover dinette chairs on a whim. That's why they are so great when you have little one. I am going to change the fabric on the stools at my island later this month. Haven't picked the fabric yet but I will be going to Hobby Lobby - yes, I have one in my town and I LOVE IT!!!!! Can't wait to see your tablescape. :-)
Alisa
Love all the spring goodies ~ I'm really ready for sunny days and warmer temps!

Kristen, you got some cute spring items. I am with you, I really do not know what I would do without Hobby Lobby!! I like your idea of adding additional paint colors to the solid red bird house, you are so creative.
I am looking forward to seeing your patio & Easter tablescape. Have a great week, Nicole
I adore that centerpiece!!!

Love everything! I feel sorry for those bloggers who don't have a HL and have to read about how great it is from us!
Kristen, I love your bunny arrangement! Guess I need to drop by Pier 1 in the very near future!
The new chair fabric is so pretty! I need to recover the dining chairs & have looked at Joann's 3 times, but can't make a decision... I'm working on it though.
Love the birdhouse too!
~Hugs!~

Hi Kristen! Your kitchen looks great. I have been looking at those adorable bird houses at Hobby Lobby...must get some when they are 1/2 price.
Oh my patio seriously needs help. It's just hard to transform it when it's 80 one day and 30 the next!
Beautiful Kristen. I love that you stayed within your normal color theme for spring. Everything looks beautiful. And it's a sure welcome to spring. I need.. to make a trip to "Hobby Lobby". (it's a hour drive). Have a great day!
Hugs, Terrie
Oh Kristen! I am so ready for spring! I thought it was here, and then it snowed last night - and they're calling for even more today! :( Thankfully I have your beautiful rabbit vignette to admire! :)
