A Little More Fall

Well, I decided a few pumpkins in the rooster arrangement had no impact at all. So....I went to Wal-mart and Hobby Lobby and bought a few reasonable fall accessories to give my kitchen a little more of a seasonal look.

These are our everyday dishes, they blend right in for fall. I took some berries and curly stuff and wrapped them around the napkins. It was cheap!

I got the candle holder and pumpkin at Hobby Lobby and added the ribbon. I found the apple towel at wal-mart.

This is a rooster arrangement I made for my good friend, just thought you might like to see it. You will be seeing more of her beautiful house later.

Yes, I got mine at Walmart last year when I was on "Tour of Gardens'. I'll post a picture for yopu!! I have to drive about 10 miles to get to the closest Walmart. Last week I just bought another dish pattern from Walmart. Are you familiar with the ones with the big leaf?? Those are my new ones. I'll post those sometime soon. Have a great night!!

Wow, Kristen, i'm exhausted decorating my own home , how do you do so many of them? When do you start?
People have mentioned that I should decorate others' homes for the holidays... don't know if I have the energy!
I'm eager to see your home for Christmas, too!

Hi Kristen, I have to add you to my "favorite" blogs. Love your fall decorations. Anytime you want to come to Illinois and spread your talent around just let me know. I'd love to NOT have to do seasonal decorations. It was so sweet of you to come to Susan's blog today and leave such kind comments about my "story". Can't wait to see what you do for Tablescape Tuesday.
