Country Woman Magazine Featured Me In Their Fall Publication

I am excited to finally share my Country Woman Magazine feature with you! Some of you might remember my post from last October where I mentioned I had a  magazine crew come to my house. What an exciting day that was! There was a set designer, hair and makeup artist and photographer...what a wonderful crew!  I couldn't say much about it because you never know what can happen in almost a years time. They were not sure what they would be able to feature either, the details were not worked out yet. After talking to Sharon, the senior editor of Country Woman, a few months back she thought they were going to feature my kitchen mini makeover and maybe some of my fall crafts. When they sent me the magazine a few weeks ago I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were able to feature both!  How exciting to open a magazine and see yourself! I would have never thought that would happen! What an honor...

Here I am in the kitchen cooking away! Ok, so if you read the article you will know that I am not chief cook! Ha! I can whip up something when I have to though.

Here they show some of my fall crafts, rolls of ribbon, and me working away! There are even a few tips on floral arranging and decorating.

This is a fall tablescape on my dining room table. There is also a picture of me, Kevin and Chase in the corner.

And...if you want to know how to make your own tassel and frame you are in luck! The instructions are on the back page of the magazine. Psst...I do have the scarecrow tassels for sale if you would rather buy one. ;)

If you want to pick up a copy of this magazine this is the one to look for. It is just now coming out on stands and you can find it at Wal-Mart, bookstores, and most grocery stores. You can also subscribe to it here.

You can read about my kitchen updates on their website here.

Thank you Country Woman Magazine for this exciting feature!!

You never know who might be looking at your blog. ;)

I am going to move my Share Your Creations party to Friday this week so be sure and come back to join the party.  Also, There is a wondeful giveaway planned for Monday. My friend Lisa has two  online businesses called Canvas Design Company and Metal Photo Company. She is going to give away some custom iphone cases. She sent me one and I love it! Be sure to come back for that too.

Have a great Wednesday!
