~~Heart Of The Home Party~~

Welcome to my kitchen! I am joining the Heart Of The Home Party hosted by Sheila. What a sweet lady! If you have never paid her a visit be sure to go by and say hello.
I know you have all probably seen my little kitchen several times...but I didn't want to miss out on Sheila's party so I thought I would show you a few fall touches I spread around the kitchen tonight.

I decided to make myself a fall frame for this spot.
I set it up on an easle.

I found the little scarecrow in Dallas...isn't he cute?

There he is! One of the newest additions to the kitchen. I just love his cute Polk a dots! He's ready for fall! I can't even count the number of times this arrangement has changed!

I dug out my old pumpkin arrangement from a few years ago and added to it. It looks much better now. I recently purchased the black rooster plates at T.J. Maxx and love them! They look good with Mr. Polk a dot roo.

I found this rug in Dallas too...My other rug had alot of black in it and showed every piece of grass and hair. I don't recommend a black rug in a kitchen. My living room rug has alot of black in it, but we are not in there as much.

This is the BEST smelling candle! I love burning candles in the fall...

Thanks for coming by to see my kitchen!!
(Still thinking about painting this island...but it will have to wait until after Christmas)
Have a great day! New Etsy store items on their way soon...

HI Kristen! Oh, I just adore your pretty kitchen! I can never see it enough! Love all of your Fallen touches you've added. I covet your Mr. Polka dot Roo arrangement every time I see it! You're so talented! Your little frame is just precious! Love that rug! I need new rugs or maybe one big rug for my kitchen and just can't find the right one! Now you know I'm coveting all over the place those darling black Rooster plates! Just perfect! Thank you most beautiful Kristen for coming to my party!
You are a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

I love your kitchen, Kristen! Your new rooster plates are so pretty! I have to say I'm just learning the hard way about a black rug in the kitchen. I recently bought a rooster with black and white check {and black background} rug for by my sink and last night I noticed dog hair on it. And that was just what was on our shoes, not from the dog being on it!

Hi Kristin,
I came across your blog when I googled deco stuff for ribbon and chandoliers and you popped up and you have insired me to get back to what my passion was. I work in the health care field but I was a lead event floral designer for 7 years but have not done it for over 13 years now but I will start with some local holiday fair in my town because I still got it. Thank you.
