Gingerbread Decor in the Kitchen

There is something I just love about gingerbread decor! I think it’s because it’s so festive and yummy looking. The only problem is that it makes me want to eat! Ha! Good thing it only stays out for a little while! πŸ˜‹

Front Door View

I just hung the front door garland a few days ago. I was procrastinating! I love the view looking in from the front door because the mantel is the first thing you see when you walk in. I always try to make it stand out since it’s the focal point of the room. You definitely can’t miss it!! More pictures to come soon!

Gracie Bell in front of the Christmas Mantel

This is for the cat lovers! 😻 I snapped this picture of my beautiful Gracie Bell in front of the mantel the other day. She is my rescue cat I found under the fence a few years ago with part of her leg missing. I’m so glad I found her on that hot summer day! After a few surgeries she was fine and doesn’t even know she’s missing a leg! It’s amazing how they adapt! I just ❤️ her so much!

Christmas Dining Room

its is definitely Christmas in The dining room! I’m in the middle of several orders, but decided to take a break and put batteries in the houses on my dining room table. I have so many battery operated lights that it will take me two hours just to turn everything off! πŸ˜‚ Oh well... it looks pretty though! πŸŽ„❤️πŸŽ„❤️πŸŽ„

Fall Porch

My front porch is ready for fall! I wish I had about three more feet on each side to decorate, but I’ll make this work! I decorated the cornstalks with ribbon, sunflowers, and metal pumpkin picks and made the arrangement for the front door. The mums look so good right now so I hope they will last a while! It’s cooling off here in Arkansas and feeling more like fall! πŸ€— πŸπŸ‚πŸŒ»

Fall Mantel 2020

The mantel is ready for fall!! I made the wreath and hung it on the mirror with a large suction cup from Hobby Lobby. So far so good!🀞 I have had the lanterns up there before, but painted them a lighter color and brushed them with a little antique gold. The leaf banner is from Hobby Lobby but I added a few more colorful leaves to coordinate with everything else. We are enjoying it and the rest of the fall decor! πŸπŸ‚πŸπŸ‚πŸ

Fall Entryway

I finished my fall decorating this past weekend and will be sharing more photos soon! I reuse my decor from year to year but add in a few new items here and there. I found the sign last year in Dallas and hung it on my mirror with a heavy duty suction cup from Hobby Lobby. They work very well as long as the item is not too heavy. I just love the warm colors of fall! It’s my favorite time of the year! I will share more pic very soon!  πŸπŸ‚πŸπŸ‚πŸπŸ‚

Pop Up Camper Remodel

We bought this little pop up camper about 5 weeks ago and did a little refresh on it. It was in good condition, but needed new floors, carpet on steps, paint touched up and a really good cleaning! Everything is in working order after some minor setbacks. My hubby and son changed some fuses, worked on the lift system and are fixing a few other minor things today. We took it out last weekend and besides finding a small mysterious hole in the canvas that went all the way though the screen πŸ€”things went smoothly! I’ll be repairing that as best as I can today. I decorated this camper in a nature theme using several things I already had. My hubby and son didn’t want flowers or anything floral so that was a challenge for me! I ordered the quilt bedding from Amazon for only $30 each with shams. The bird pillow covers are also from Amazon. I had the cushions recovered with indoor/ outdoor fabric from Joanne’s. I bought the curtains from Walmart.com and actually used hot glue to hem them. 😳 We will see if they hold up! I didn’t want to wait to have them made and I can’t sew! Ha ha! We are taking it Camping to Lake Ouchita in a few weeks and are looking forward to a fun weekend with many more to come!
