Share Your Creations Party # 44

Welcome to Share Your Creations party #44! I hope you will link up and join in the fun! These features are from two weeks ago since I was out of the country last week.

I loved this idea of turning a pallet into an herb garden. Visit One More Time To Celebrate for more pics and the tutorial.
Gayle at Gayle's Decorative Touch used spray paint and Anne Sloan dark wax to give this roo a new doo! He turned out great!

I love the aqua and lime together...what a pretty color combination. Visit Judy at
JBigg's Little Pieces for more pics of this summer tablescape.

Ok, I didn't know what in the world I was going to share until this morning! I have to admit that I haven't been very creative lately. I tend to get this way in the hot summer time. It always comes back though and I want to do everything at once! =0

Anyway, most of you know that I have been making some changes in the living room over the last several months. I haven't done  much in the kitchen, but I did rework the tops of the cabinets with some different accessories a while back. I have decided I like larger accessories up there because the smaller items tend to make it look cluttered and busy. I used large baskets, moss balls, birdcages and some greenery.

This is my favorite little vignette. I just love that birdhouse and the moss balls.
This is the other side of the kitchen. I used a large metal rooster, a basket and some greenery. There is something about baskets that I am loving right now! I think it's the texture and the darker color against the gold walls.
 What did you create?

You can link any item you have created, a piece of furniture you have painted, a vignette, a room you have decorated, a recipe, and the list goes on and on...

Please add a link back to my blog so others can find the party.

I hope you all had a wonderful Fourth of July! We were not able to shoot off any fireworks here due to the burn band. Chase was so bummed but he will have plenty to shoot off after it rains. I hope you are all staying cool! I know most of the country is experiencing this heat wave. Ugg!!

Have a great day!

(sorry this post is up so late)

The top of your cabinets look great, Kristen. I need to redo mine, but haven't been able to decide what to do without just creating different looking clutter. You gave me some great inspiration, but I think you should fly out here to NC for a visit and style mine! Thanks for hosting! Hope you had a great 4th.

Thanks for hosting, Kristen. Your kitchen cabinet tops look very pretty -- love the baskets.

Your trip sounded like fun and the pictures were fantastic.

Thank you so much for hosting! This is my first time to link up here, since I'm a "newbie", but I've been a follower of your awesome blog for awhile. You are such an inspiration. Everything you do is beautiful. I've pinned lots of it. :)

Have a great weekend.
