Fall Mantel 2013

It's finally fall ya'll! That means it's time to decorate and that is what I love to do! I could not decide what I wanted to do this year. It finally came to me when I found the mirror at Hobby Lobby.  I decided to make the arrangement in front of it and add the lanterns from Pier 1 Imports from last year. Last year I left them plain, but this year I decided to dress them up with swags. I also added the lanterns on the ends and filled them with pumpkins. Do you see the owl in the arrangement? I found him at Pier 1 too and had to add him to the mantel.

 The fall colored pillow came from Kohl's.

Welcoming Fall

It is going to start looking like fall around here soon! Here is the first thing I have made for myself so far. I think some pumpkin topiaries would look good on each side of the door. Hmmm...might have to give those a try. My next project is the mantel. I will be working on it over the weekend. 

This arrangement really shows up well on my door. I just love the colors of fall!

Halloween And Fall Lantern Swags

I wanted to share some of the Halloween and Fall lantern swags I've been making. Boy have I been busy!! I think these are my favorite items to make. I'm having so much fun designing them! A lot of you have asked how to purchase these. They have grown in popularity over the last year and it is getting hard to keep up with the demand! I am very grateful for all of my wonderful customers out there!! What I have been doing is giving a shout out on my Facebook page and letting everyone know when I will be listing new items. At that time my listings will come up one by one on Facebook with the link to my Etsy store available for purchase. They have been selling out very quickly so I am trying to make as many as I can.  Also, most of you know that these do not include the lantern. My lantern came from Hobby Lobby and is 20x7. You will want to purchase a lantern with a finial so there is something to tie the swag around.
