What a wonderful spring day it was here today! We are finally drying out from all of the rain...yipee! It has me in a spring fluffing mood! I need to get in a spring cleaning mood...BAD! Maybe next week...lol. This arrangement has been in here for a while now and it just keeps evolving and changing. I am eventually going to change this table up, but for now I thought I would just rework the arrangement and keep it for a while longer. I pulled some of the bigger flowers out and added some smaller brick red flowers and berries. I love using silk arrangements because they add color and life to a room!
I am very picky about the silk flowers I use in arrangements. I like them to look as real as possible. When you use berries and sticks and foliage I think it adds interest and texture to the arrangement making it look more real.

ReplyDeleteI love that arrangement, Kristen! I like that you add texture and I really like the pieces that "hang" over the sides. It's a great money saver if you can rework what you've got.

The wrong silk flowers can totally ruin the look you are trying to achieve. The birdhouse arrangement is adorable as well! Trying to think of a place I could put that myself!!!
