Part 2...My Aunt and Uncle's Beautiful Home

Hey Guys! Ready for part 2? You might have to come back several times to look at these pics, there are a ton! I read all of your comments and it sounds like you really enjoyed the first tour! How could you NOT love this house? Don't you agree it should be in a magazine? I just wish you all could see it in person, the pictures are good, but you really don't get the feel of it unless you are there. Anyway, lets start this tour in the master bedroom....ohhhh...this bedding is gorgeous!

I love the jewelry box with all the little bottles on top. Cute!
I would swear those tulips were real....I just love all the realistic arrangements all over the house. They make the house feel so fresh!

This is a little sitting room off the master bedroom....it's just gorgeous with so much detail.

Isn't this shelf cute with the birds and plate? Great idea for a little something different.

Oh my! The master bathroom is beautiful!!

This is another bathroom...I love that walpaper, it's so different!

Here is an idea for something over a toilet. I purchased a little shelf recently that is getting a paint job. I am planning on doing this.

This bathroom is in the new addition, just beautiful!

Love this chest and look at that dog! This is in the office.

This is in the hallway in the new addition. Love love love it! Look at those chairs!!!
This painting hangs in the hallway
This is the new living area....isn't that a cool light? This room is stunning!
Wow! This piece is gorgeous and look at that little table to the right, it is so cute!

wow!
I love this shot!

Aren't these chairs great!
A little sink by the pool table.

More perfect bookcases...

I love this!

This is the bedroom in the new addition, it's really pretty.
Isn't this the coolest lamp? I love all the colors.

Another beautiful chest...

This is the sunroom, I love this room! This is not the best picture, but you can still see the beauty.
I love those chairs!

She has 2 of these chairs, they are gorgeous!

I love this little table with the rabbit underneath.

This is a really neat cabinet.
Closeup of one of the chairs. Lovin the bird pillows!

Isn't this cute??

I meant to put this picture on the last post. It's in a little area by the kitchen. Love the foxgloves!

I hope I didn't overload your eyes with too much beauty! I probably should have done 3 posts! We may not all have big homes like this one, but we can incorporate some of her fabulous ideas. I know I will! I love the way she mixes so many different pieces of furniture, accessories and fabrics together. I think that's what makes everything so interesting and not predictable. I hope you all enjoyed the tour!! Have a great weekend!

WOW oh WOW !!!

I'm at a loss for words..... Can I just say I didn't see anything in your aunt's home that I didn't drool over.

I "LOVE" the way she "pairs" chairs. I would never think of putting two right next to each other as she has done several times. It looks wonderfully cozy and make the perfect, intimate conversation area.

Good Golly Molly - I so enjoyed the tour.

Please tell your aunt we all appreciate her opening her beautiful home for us.

hugs - janice

What a beautiful home. The flowers in that last picture look like Foxgloves! I used to live in a house in England that I named Foxgloves and I planted them all outside my front window :-) I love them.

Hi Kristen,
Back from a little break and had to go back and see your last few posts. Wow! What else can I say to such a beautifully furnished and decorated home.
Your aunt truly has a gift for decorating. Her eye for detail is wonderful.
I throughly enjoyed every room you posted. You took great pictures, by the way.
Hope you are enjoying your lovely yard.

I loved the tour of both their home and office. Was wondering if your aunt just has a special attachment to the paint color, as it's throughout the house and office. It's pretty, but unusual.

Kristen, That is the most gorgeous house, and I love her colors! I have always loved your home, and your colors, too! You know me, I love red, but looking at hers, I wish I had used a softer red. I am puddin from Rate My Space. I am going to look at more of your posts. Loved this one! Connie
