I Decorated my Blog and another House!

Merry Christmas! I know it's a little early , but we all know how fast it creeps upon us. Hope you like my blog's new festive look! Sherry and I decorated another house today so I have several pictures to show you. This house is decorated a little more woodsy. They live out of town a little bit, so the theme fits their home. We have done this house for several years now, and everything is still holding up well. Hope you get some ideas!
I love using christmas accessories in my arrangements, I think it adds a unique feel. This one sits on the kitchen island and can be seen all the way around.

This light hangs over the kitchen table. I used part of a garland and added some berries and gold twigs throughout, then I hung the rasberry grapevine balls on the garland.

This is not the best shot of the mantle, but the other pictures were really blurry. It has holly, ribbon and berries throughout.

I'm sorry this is blurry. This is the entry table with an arrangement I made. I love amarylis!

Guest Bathroom with a little christmas.

They just redid alot of ther home and this front door is gorgeous! Ok, I'm going to be critical of myself, look at the right side of the garland, the ribbon must be tucked back behind, DARN! I think that was Sherry's side to fluff out! He He. Maybe they won't notice.

I have much more to show you in the upcoming weeks so stay tuned.........

I LOVE the door...I would love to have that around my front door.

You do great work, I would never have noticed the ribbon that needed to be tucked if you hadnt said it!

I like the simple idea of just something simple and pretty in the bathrooms. I change my shower curtains, rugs, towels to all match. I prefer the easier way.

Oh you are getting me in the mood to start decorating! I usually wait till after Thanksgiving but....

The front door is so very pretty- our house is neat but has many oddities (sp) as it is old- I am still trying to figure out what to do with it and my mantle which is super long!

Just stunning. Where do you get your garland? I want to use fluffier garland this year but don't want to pay a ton. I usually get the cheap stuff and wrap two or three together so it's thicker.
